For almost a decade, our founding principal has worked exclusively with a select group of investors, developers, and homebuilders. In late 2022 we opened our doors to retail land buyers to help them find unique, affordable properties in some of our favorite California, Colorado, and Nevada locations.

We use the skills we have mastered in land acquisition and assembly to find extraordinary deals on vacant land in beautiful places, and then help private land buyers like yourself become land owners. In service of that mission, we aim to be your trusted, helpful partner on your land journey.

Landed Ground is not a real estate broker, but instead a direct to buyer land seller. All land sold on the Landed Ground website is “For Sale By Owner.” We are not able to help you buy and sell your properties to third parties, however, we are always happy to make an offer to purchase your property if you are interested in selling it.

While we aren’t the best fit for everyone, we do think we are the best fit for those serious about taking the first steps towards land ownership. We hope to offer you the benefit of our expertise and familiarity with these terrific markets.
